Grounding on the earth to help restore your natural electrical balance.
Earthing contributes to enhanced mood, reduced inflammation and better sleep among other things. You can start by just going barefoot on the ground for 30 minutes. You can buy earthing mats or sheets that ground with earth energy through the electrical outlet in your home. Back in the 1970’s and before, we ran around barefoot all the time and we wore leather soled shoes which conduct earth energy.
